We really enjoyed our stay at St George`s House Hotel. Mark greeted us with the offer of a cream tea which was much appreciated after our cycle, and found somewhere for us to store the bikes. We had a lovely large double room which was light and airy and nicely furnished and decorated. Everything was very clean. Mark cooked us a wonderful breakfast each day and we enjoyed the fresh flowers on the tables as well as the music playing in the breakfast room. Location was fantastic, just 2 mintes walk to the seafront and to the town where there were a range of great restaurants. Wonderful stay thank you. - Louise L
The owner came out to greet us as we arrived, a very friendly welcome.Showed us to the room then provided a lovely cream tea in the very pleasant lounge.The room was very clean with ensuite bathroom. Tea and coffee were provided along with a selection of biscuits, renewedevery day.Great choice of breakfast, from croissants right through many variations to full english. Overall a very pleasant stay with mine host being very genial and informative about the island.- Anthony Devenney
